Michał is a Senior Contract & License Lead at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services, responsible for managing software contracts, license compliance, and procurement strategies. He ensures cost-effective software asset management, optimizes licensing agreements, and negotiates with vendors to align IT investments with business needs. Before assuming his current role, he served as a Contract & License Lead, focusing on IT asset governance and process standardization. Prior to HEINEKEN, Michal worked at PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny as an IT Architect, designing and optimizing IT infrastructure. At Atos, he held roles as an IT Asset Management Architect and Service Delivery Specialist, where he managed ITAM frameworks, contract governance, and service delivery operations. Earlier, he was an Associate Software Asset Manager at SDL plc, where he implemented SAM processes, optimized software lifecycles, and conducted software compliance audits.
