When vendors initiate audits, many organizations are unprepared to respond effectively. This session will focus on how to use pre-drafted contracts and existing regulatory frameworks such as those for data protection to react to audit requests. It will equip attendees with proactive strategies to prepare for audits by defining audit limits, ensure compliance with broader regulatory constraints, protect sensitive organisation data, and prevent vendors from overstepping their competences. Take control of audit negotiations by learning how to create audit defence contracts that, while aligning with your organization’s existing contractual obligations, ensure that your organisation is compliant with its regulatory and policy obligations.
