Okan Horuz has been working at Turkcell for over 13 years, the last 4 years as Software Procurement Associate Director. Before joining Turkcell, he gained experience in engineering, programming and manufacturing.

Since 2011, Turkcell has been present in Germany under the Turkcell Europe brand and continues its operations in Germany through a marketing cooperation with a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom.
