Raf's been working over 20 years in IT in Western, Eastern and Northern Europe. Having worked from Oracle, both in Romania and Belgium, Raf encompasses unique knowledge about the ins and outs of Oracle. Customers all over Europe have been able to benefit from this as Raf later on worked for Oracle partners. Together with Ilse De Wit, Raf has founded 4 years ago the Belgium based company White Raven IT.
Raf is really excited about working with customers getting the most out of their Oracle contracts at the best possible price (saving customers millions of EUR is not an exception) in a future-proof manner.

Empowered by their proven track record of helping customers, Ilse De Wit and Raf De Backer decided to found their own Belgian company White Raven IT - a consultancy firm which uses an independent advisory approach, their proven industry expertise, and fully customer-centric focus to help with cost reduction and effective risk mitigation for IT vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, IBM), Cybersecurity Services and Solutions. With the resulting budget savings, they want to accelerate the client's digital transformation by introducing new innovative technologies. Hence, they have their own direct vendor partnerships with Snow, Pure Storage, Azul and BrightBoard, which they suggest to their clients when they see a need.
