Having been in the software licensing and ITAM world since 2003, Rich has been a reseller, a consultant, a trainer, a presenter, and plenty more. As well as his fantastic shirts, deep Microsoft licensing knowledge, focus on the future of ITAM, and love of hip-hop, Rich was one of the first advocates for the relationship between ITAM & FinOps, back in 2019.
