My work motivation and ambition is to strengthen an organization through excellent leadership and smart use of its assets and technology, co-existing, and contributing, positively, to better work performance, organizational development and corporate culture. I have worked for a variety of companies including Siemens Nixdorf, Siemens, Telenor Media, Telenor Avidi, Telenor Broadcast, Komplett Group, and The Research Council of Norway (Norges Forskningsråd) prior to joining Skagerak Energi Group.
