Veronika is an experienced IT procurement leader, currently serving as IT Procurement Manager at Curium Pharma. With a strong background in IT procurement strategy, vendor management, and contract negotiations, she oversees procurement processes at a global level, ensuring compliance, cost optimization, and supplier relationship management. Before stepping into her current role, Veronika worked as a Global IT Procurement Specialist, where she played a key role in IT services sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and procurement process standardization. She has also held procurement and sourcing roles at Accenture, Bentley Motors, and ŠKODA AUTO, bringing a wealth of expertise in procurement operations, financial reporting, and strategic supplier engagement.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is that I started building my function from scratch; IT procurement did not exist when I joined, and I am incredibly proud of what we have built so far. What drives me is seeing the progress the function has achieved and knowing that a solid foundation is being built.
