Vytas is in charge of the SAM improvement at COWI and is working towards having the best SAM practices in the company, as well as designing and improving processes to be more aligned to the ISO standards, raise maturity level in the SAM area. Instructing key stakeholders to best utilize the processes related to Software handling and the overall lifecycle, because processes are good when someone is actually using them.
Working on having more connectivity between financial systems, contracts, vendors, manufacturers, installations, and usage of applications, to help the business make informed decisions when renegotiating future contracts.
